A good friend of mine is an elementary school teacher and posted this from her class. There is no month of the year this speaks to me more than January. After the hub bub and enjoyment of family and some time off over the holidays, the return to work, routine and an over stuffed calendar looms like a big dark cloud.
But then I check my drama (a tiny bit) and realize that another break is around the corner, and in between the have-to-dos are some fun-to-dos. And a "snow" day in Virginia yesterday meant that the commute and my office were very quiet and gave me the time I needed to chop down the list of to-dos to something reasonable :-)
